- 10. Can I borrow from my 403(b) TSA ?
- Yes, most fixed, guaranteed 403(b) TSA's allow you to borrow approximately 90% of your account balance at a very low rate of approximately 3% - 5%. TSA loans must be repaid over a 5 year period unless your TSA loan is used to purchase a principle residence (house, condo. ect.) in which case you can extend your payments over 15 years or longer. There are no fees or prepayment penalties on a TSA loan.
