- 9. Can I use money in my savings account to start my 403(b) TSA ?
- No you CAN NOT use money from your savings account to start a 403(b)TSA. TSA contributions must be payroll deducted by your employer. You can however transfer an existing TSA or IRA to a new 403(b) TSA. Please see "TSA Transfers" for more information.
