- You have 3 options: You can freeze your account and continue to let it grow tax deferred. You can roll it to another TSA or IRA of your choice. You can withdraw your 403(b) TSA. Withdrawals may be subject to surrender charges, taxes, and a 10% early withdraw penalty if you are under age 59 1/2.
